The HTML source for this site has been hand edited to HTML 4.0 transitional standards. Our design goals are to ensure the ability of any browser that supports HTML 4.0 standards on any platform to view this site while maintaining backward compatiblity with older browser versions. The site has been tested with Netscape Navigator 4.51, Internet Explorer 4.01 SP 2, and Internet Explorer 5.01. It was designed to be viewed at 600X800 or 1024X768 pixel display resolutions with 16 bit color. If there is a problem, please notify the Webmaster so it can be fixed.
This site is hosted on a Pair Networks server running Free BSD and Apache.
